I love how sweet looking squirrels are,
don't you? Wish I was as flexible!

adorable pics....just be careful with them so close to your house. Our poor neighbor had them get under her house and eat through ductwork and insulation. EEEK!

Hahaha I'm surprised he didn't untie the whole thing and drag it away! That's what happened to me when I hung a seed wreath out for the birds....

That's exactly what happens at our house. We don't mind though. We love the squirrels just as much as the birds.

What great pictures. I agree with feeding the squirrels too...after all they need love too. I loved Pattie post...which is very true with squirrels..they are like little piggies!!!

That happened to me too, Pattie, except it was a tube bird feeder. I watched as a squirrel unhooked the tube feeder from the nail it was hanging from and then run away with it !

You sound so much like me Tina.

My best friend used to feed the squirrels until they nested in her attic and caused her house to catch fire. They are rodents. There are several types of bird seed that squirrels will not eat.

Love your pictures! My husband would be having a fit though. He hates it when the squirrels eat our birdseed! I really don't care. I think they're kind of cute!

Thats cute. I love the way it stretches way down to get to the food. Cute wreath idea too.

Tina if that was at my house there would be at least 10 squirrels on it. I could make another for the birds and I guarantee the next 10 squirrels would show up.

You are right Tina, squirrels have to eat to, and I guess they love your wreath. I enjoy my squirrels just as much as the birds, so I guess I will be making 3 or 4 of the wreaths. lol

Oh I love it..I have a Jack Russell, who loves to chase "the Sandys", from Spongebob up the trees, she runs and climbs the tree or bounces up it..she would love to watch them come eat out our windows..cute idea..

I love your pics! I feed my squirrels peanuts but will put this wreath on my list to do for this winter.

Too funny! I wanted to ask you in my last comment how you kept the squirrels away. Now I know! My uncle like to feed squirrels peanuts. I'll have to make him a wreath.
Cheers!

what a little rascal that squirrel is. Cute picture...and nice that you would make another one for the birds..*s*.
Will you share your recipe with me? I made one this winter and it hardened but not enough to hang for any length of time. I would love to make another one.
