My town has chickens (actually BURMESE JUNGLE FOWL, intermarried with local chickens also) running all over. Right in downtown on the sidewalks you can meet up with a rooster or his harem and even some baby biddies walking along behind them. Not every town can say that!!!!

Love your chickedoo. I have mine in my courtyard,but she might have to come in.
See your white wooden knitting box on legs
in the background, well I have one of those
too. I bought it in the early 70's to go
with all that Early American funiture, which
hubby bought.ugh!!! and I got rid of. Hated
it. I do still have the knitting box though.
