Scarecrow man welcomes the First Day of Autumn at
Cherry Hill Cottage....
I love my spring wreath
It's so easy to make it 'fallish'.......
... just add a great burlap bow.
; - )
I love easy!
Around the front door grapevine garland wrapped with fresh smilex. Add a string of fun orange lights.
......A parade of crotons add seasonal fall color.
We're getting there.

My favorite time of year! I started decorating the first of September. I really like the spring wreath. Cute idea.

Love the scarecrow! Did I see small flowerpots lining the sidewalk? Everything looks wonderful! How long will the crotons last? Always wanted to plant, but was afraid the first frost would get them??? The first day of Autumn looks very festive at your house!!!

With temps still in the 90's this week, it's hard to get excited about it being FALL. Next week we are supposed to "maybe" have some upper 80's so maybe it's coming...at a snail's pace! I'm all decorated though! Love your scarecrow...handsome fellow.

Tina,
How could anyone look at scarecrow man and not smile! He is adorable!
Did you hear about the cool front that's supposed to hit this weekend? I can't wait. My weekend plans now include decorating for Fall, especially after reading this post.
