Love the flags along the walkway. I still can't believe that you live in the same city near where my Mother was born and my grandparents lived for years. I have so many memories of time spent in Henderson and Laneville as a child. Have a nice Memorial Day holiday. Love & blessings from NC!

Love the flags. Love the respect he has to do this. I wish everyone would! You will have to check out my tribute to my grandparents on my blog today. It's a poem my grandfather wrote to my grandmother during WWI. I enjoy your blog! Lori L

Tina,
OK...this decorating talent must be in your gene pool. You, Tony, Kathy, all of you amaze me! This pic should be in Southern Living magazine.
It's a beautiful way to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We are blessed to live in American and have the freedoms we have. I've decorated our porch with red, white and blue. Thanks, Tina for the inspiration we give all of us. Blessings to you and your family.

Hi Tina~ Your brother has a cute cottage as well.
Was able to make it to Jefferson & Overton over the weekend. Too much to see in jefferson! I will have to go back soon. Went to Overton to where Kennamer's Ready To Wear Dress shop use to be. Such good memories of going to visit my aunt in the summer.
Take Care~

Wow, that is so pretty! We put our flags along the dock down at the river so the fishermen can see them. I have one on the front porch that my daughter made. I need to make a picture for a post. Happy Memorial Day.

Beautiful home! Henderson is such a lovely little town. My brother-in-law grew up there and we loved visiting. (They have moved to Marshall) You also have a lovely home and blog. It feels so comforting and inviting!
