I bought two of these at an estate sale on Monday! i thought they were beautiful and would go great with my milk glass. Both of mine had Red plastic lids which I thought was very odd. I'm very curious to find out what product was sold in these pretty jars. They are 7 inches tall without lid and almost 8 inches with lid. So......I hope someone knows for sure what was in them.

Did anybody ever discover what the original product was that was sold in these beautiful jars! I have two and I am very curious!

I have a jar like this one and I have a yellow ribbon around it like your red one. My momma asked me where I found my jar and I told her that my daughter had given it to me for Christmas. She said that she remembered Maxwell House coffee giving these jars with their coffee. And she believes they had a red lid. My lid is missing as well. I have Daisy Pens in my jar. I love it it is so cute.
