Tina,
Not sure what it would have been used for, but looks like milk glass. Very pretty with the red roses.

Tina that jar is so pretty it deserves a
better place than the garage. I'm glad
you found it too. I don't know what came
in it but it had to be good.:o)

I remember my mom having pretty jars like that when I still lived at home...if I remember right it seems to me that it had coffee in it. She saved all the pretty jars that manufacters made to get you to buy their product (would be nice if they still did that). When she downsized her home, she threw them all away! This looks so pretty, it makes me sad that I didn't inherit any of them.

What a pretty jar, Tina. I can't believe
it has been in your garage. So glad you
found it. I don't know what kind of jar
it is but I do know that I wish I had one
like it. Love the raised flowers on it.
How sweet is that??

I happen to have two of them! One has a red lid and the other has an orange lid. I'm not sure what they were used for, but they are fun just the same. Yours are cute as can be filled with flowers!
Blessings,
Heather

Hi, I love your blog everything is so pretty and happy! I was wondering how you keep your grout so nice and white on your kitchen counters. I have white tiles with white grout also and it's a constant battle. What's your secret?
