Tina-
Milton won't be the only one staying busy! I have to rip all the old carpet out of my trailer. But I'm hoping I will be able to capture some of the charm your house has when all is said and done.

Tina,
We're expecting rain also. Poop. I wanted to get out and garden.
Remember, way back when you posted photos of red & white glass cozies.
I found the pattern!!
1949 glass cozies, six patterns for
$2.99, on Etsy. I tried to post the link but couldn't get it to work. The seller is patternsalacarte. I'm going to try making one tonight. I've made more than enough crocheted trim pillowcases that's for sure!
Hugs,Karen

oh do i have plans! muhahahaha (evil laugh)
mr. farmhouse "strongly" dislikes (ok..hates) hosta plants as every year there's another one or two or three or...(you get the idea) that need thinning out. so,yes that's what NEEDS to be done tomorrow before they get too much taller.
the sun has been shining here, warming up the ground and me! love the sunshine and warmth...guess i'm just getting old!
happy weekend!

Tina,
Bought a new rose bush names Oklahoma rose, a very deep red, so I need to plant that and get all my geraniums in the beds. Looks like rain for us the whole weekend. Hopefully, we will have some breaks in the rain, tho.

I planted some wave petunias the other day, so I'm kind of hoping for a little rain to give them a good start. If nothing happens, I'll get out the hose!
Planting more seeds and another Knock Out rose are on my to-do list.

Hi Tina! I'm so happy you dropped by and left a comment. I love your blog too!...and I hate it whenm my projects get rained on, too! It's happened more times than I care to remember. Let's visit often! I'm off to Lowes to rent a floor sander...I ripped up the family room carpet to get to the hardwood floors underneath!
Blue skies!

I have plans to go to a open house to look at concrete counters for my kitchen! Anyone know anything about them? They can make them look like granite or marble at a much lower cost! Other than that, it's very foggy and rainy here - yuck! But we need it!
