A great snack for after work or after midnight.
Whisk together the flour, soda, powder, and salt.
Beat the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars for 2 minutes.
..... after 2 minutes.
One by one, add eggs; beat 2 minutes.

.......after eggs.
Gently blend in dry ingredients.
Divide in half, wrap, and chill overnight.
Shape scant tablespoons of dough into balls, roll in sugar...
place 2 inches apart on lined baking sheets....
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, until golden. Let rest for 2 minutes; transfer to racks to cool.

Never tried them, but the weird thing is, that I just bought penutbutter and was thinking "Cookies" yesterday - so there they are. When I've made them can I translate the recipie to Danish and post it refering to you of course? Regards Deborah
