What to do with your collections?
Hang a gravy boat on a hook...
Cups and plates look really cute under a cloche...
Don't stop collecting!!

For those who commented on where I bought my "PURE BUTTER" platter~ I bought it several years ago at The Beautiful Life. The last time I checked they could no longer get them. Here is a site where you can purchase a "CHEESE" platter. Emma Bridgewater Pottery. My sister Kathy bought it. It looks just like my PURE BUTTER platter. Kathy put a large cloche/dome on it.

Yes! I have always loved little gravy bowls..what a good idea for these beauties! Thanks..come say hi :D

OH! Great, fun ideas! I don't have much in the way of collections - just vintage Christmas items. But I'm working on adding to my embroidered linens. :)
I hope you have a wonderful day!

Hi Tina,
I always love having a look at your lovely home with its dashes of RED! Don't worry I don't plan on giving up my collections. Now if I just had a place to put everything...
Your Doxie, Tulley, is so cute. Guess what - my parents had a Doxie, named "Tina!" - (shortened from Christina). She had fur like velvet and was the sweetest doggie. She's went to doggie heaven so many years ago.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving - do we dare hope for some photos of your tablescape?

Hi Tina~ Well there you go again,I have Mom's gravy boat to her china set hanging
on my bowl rack.I have more collections
than I have room,but that's o.k. because
I will collect till the day I die. That's
my favorite hobby.I get junk fever and I
have to go junkin to cure it.The cure is
so much fun!:O)(Oh I also have the same
white dishes under a cake dome on a pedestal

Oh, don't let my husband know you've said that!!! He is wanting me to stop bringing home 'all this stuff'...but I *do* put it out....he's just not a "oh, look, isn't it pretty!?" sort of guy. More meat, potatoes, and "get your tchotkes off of my bookshelf, I've got a few more unpacked now"....lol.
I've had to relegate my one big collection to the top of bookshelves and entertainment centers, because there's no room anywhere else...lol..ah, well...

Hi Tina,
I love collecting stuff, as I call it. I have the same problem like everyone else. Where do I put it? Sometimes I see something I really like and don't get it just because I think, "where will I put it?"
How do you cope with that problem?

My kitchen collection is ceramic chickens, copper, dishes, aprons and platters. I have a very large cloche in my kitchen with a candle in the shape of a pumpkin pudding.(looks real) I would love to know where you purchased your base of the cloche(pure butter). Mine sits on a wooden round platter. I saw the pure butter on the Osbourne's and fell in love with it. Did you get it online? Love all your collections.

Tina,
It's such a thrill to find something that reaches out to your heart and mind! If it's reasonably priced, even better.
Awwww, Tully is a sweetheart! I don't know what I would do without my Canine Kids. They bring such joy to our hearts.
