Pasta Salad~
This tangy pasta salad is a great compliment to any meal.
Try it this weekend...
12 oz. box Tri-Color Rotini
16. oz. bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
(2) 2.25 oz. Cans Sliced Pitted Ripe Black Olives
2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup broccoli flowerets
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the rotini and drain. Combine with all other ingredients and chill.

How funny... looks exactly like the same one I posted earlier this month, except I used green olives instead of black... It's yummy, isn't it?

Oh, and try it with kidney beans too if you are a bean lover.... that way you get a bit of protein in it as well.

My daughter just loves this salad. Needless to say we enjoy it once a week when it's her turn to fix dinner.
Have a good day.

Hi,
I love your playlist...so much so, that I had it playing today while I was doing my house cleaning. Occasionally, I'd take a break from cleaning and dance around. Just had to tell you thanks for make a mundane task more enjoyable!
Very tasty looking pasta salad too!

Looks so good,Tina! All of your recipes are good! The "Chocolate cobbler" one, is now our favorite and a few others too, that I gave the recipe for.I figured out how to make it "Lemon Cobbler" also! I used a large package of Lemon pudding mix-{the cooking kind, not instant}- and added the two eggs mixed into the wet batter, and poured hot lemon water over the top! It turned out pretty good, but needs more lemon in it next time.I used bottled lemon juice, but I bet real squeezed lemon juce would work better.
What are you doing with that giant load of stuff that you gals bought on the road trip? Are you going to have a shop now, or sell it online?-- Let me know- I keep missing your sales online, whenever I log in , your stuff is already gone-{watches etc.}-Love,Valery

I make mine almost like that. My only addition is cubed colby jack cheese and canned artichoke hearts. It's a favorite of mine, too.

Gotta love pasta salad! Except I usually buy it at the deli cause I'm the only one who will eat it around here!

Thanks for new inspiration. I feel sort of stuck in a rut these days. Anybody ever feel that way about the meals you prepare? I plan to make pasta salad this week.

Yum! One of my favorites. I make this too - but I use black & green olives and some purple onion.

I have almost the same recipe; only difference is to add grated Parmesan cheese about 30 minutes before serving. (just a suggestion.)
