Obie Gilstrap~
We said goodbye to our Uncle Obie this past weekend. He was our Mother's brother. There were 7 siblings in their family. Mother is the "baby" of the family and is the last survivor.
Uncle Obie is survived by his loving son Ronald Gilstrap and his wife Kathy of Alvin; sister, Margie Johnson of New London; and grandchildren, Beth Strand and her husband Jon, and Paul Gilstrap.
Uncle Obie was 93.
We love you Uncle Obie~

So sorry for your loss. I can see in his eyes he was a gentle man. You and your family will miss such a kind soul..............JAN

God Blessed him with a long life. He's with Jesus now.
It's not so easy for those of us who are left behind.
I pray that you memories of him out-weigh your sorrow.
