Yuummmmm! The cake looks delicious! Did you make a homemade icing for it? Which brand of mix did you use? Thanks for sharing such lovely photographs.

Becky from Tennessee

The lampshade is adorable! I've been to her site and didn't see any lampshades...
did you ask her to make the shades for you? The cake looks sooooo yummy. I can't believe it's from a mix. Have a great weekend! Becky

The cake looks delish! I remember my mother-in-law making a cake and frosting it something like this? Care to share your frosting recipe?..Love the dish rack. I have also seen the smaller ones used as spoon and utensil holders hanging on a wall.

Love Love the plate rack, I've never seen a chicken feeder like that. Is it metal or wood on the bottom? I check your blog every day! I'm so glad you post a lot! It's soooo much fun to "visit".

Rita

PS: had leftover Mexican Chicken for lunch...yummy!

Coconut cake is my favorite! That looks delicious! I am drooling over your plate rack. I have to have one of those. I have a serious plate addiction and that would be perfect. Love the shade too! Have a great weekend.

Your photos and decorative items are always so beautiful, but I'll have to admit, that cake was the first thing that caught my eye!

Judi

I love your plates and the plate rack. They look beautiful. I also loooove the look of that coconut cake. I will have to give that a try. I think adding the coconut must have made it extra yummy!

Hi Tina!
Love it all as always. Your plates are so pretty, you should show them off! The lamp is adorable too. Your cake looks so yummy. It looks like it just came out of some high-end bakery! You've got it all going on Ms. Tina!! Hugs, Rosemary~

First , the cake looks wonderful and easy too. You can't beat that. Another unique way to display plates. I love plates too, and it seems to never be enough room to display them. The lampshades are perfect for you, with the red and white. You have a great evening.

Tina,
I love visiting your blog. It is one of my favorites. I wanted to let you know that I made your Popcorn Cake for my friends and their children at our coffeehouse this past Friday. Everyone thought it was just too cute. The young girls were so excited when they saw the cake and the many colors; they were first in line to try it. Everyone approved. My son, Seth, basically made the whole thing by himself! He was quite proud of the results! Anyway thank you for your postings--your blog has brought much joy to me!
Sincerely,
Sharon

Tina, I LOVE that plate rack. The funny thing is we live on a chicken farm/ranch and I have these outside. I am heading out the door as I type to go get one and scald it! Thanks for the great ideas!!!

First of all, I'd like a piece of that beautiful coconut cake!! Yum! I really think the little dish rack is adorable. I just love your kitchen. I would to see just a post on your kitchen. You may have done it already, but I just think it's wonderful. Is your island the only green cabinet or do you have all the bottom cabs in green. I think it looks great!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia;)

Patti

Tina, your plate rack is darling! And so are your plates! I just love your cottage kitchen! Patti
