Broccoli Cornbread~
Cornbread with a cute little veggie in it~ this was a big hit with us because we love broccoli and cornbread...It's so easy to make~ smells wonderful baking. And taste so...so good your going to smile ; -) ear to ear! ; -) It's so moist, it's almost cake like. PASS THE CORNBREAD!
2 pkgs. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix...
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)...
4 eggs plus 2 egg whites...
2/3 c. cottage cheese (small curd)...
1 stick butter (melted)
Bake in 9x13 dish @350 until done...
Broccoli Cornbread~

Isn't this is wonderful side for a cold evening meal? I've been making broccoli cornbread for years. It's good with a little onion chopped up in it too.

That looks delicious!! I would serve that
with Pork Chops. I write recipes down on
index cards put them in an envelope or baggie and then keep in my purse. Then I have the recipe right with me at the grocery
