Today Sept. 11 marks the sixth anniversary of the tragedy of the attack on America in New York City, Washington D.C. and in the fields of Pennsylvania. My heart goes out to all that were lost~ and to their families.

It is a hard thing our country endured, I am proud of all of those who were a part of the clean up, the ones who lost their lives and the ones whose lives were shattered, how they have made us stronger as a nation.
I've found your wonderful blog from Kim (Daisy Cottage)...thank you for remembering this day. For those who atared, shocked, and then cried at the footage on TV, it will never be forgotten. My heart goes out to the all those who lost loved ones...may they have found some comfort and peace.
America The Beautiful.
Tina,
No American will ever be able to forget the tragedy that happened on 9/11, it is a day that will live in infamy as did Dec. 7th, 1941.
I am so glad you posted this tribute to the fallen Americans that lost their lives that tragic day.
How could we ever forget; not ever!! It so changed our world and today several that were interviewed said how important it is to let those you love know it! Great post!!
Please too don't forget all the suffering that has followed Sept 11th. Many, many thousands more have died as a direct consequence of the attacks on New York and Washington.

Hi Tina,
It is so sad and to this day so very shocking how something so sick and tragic could happen. So sad, Rosemary~

Beautiful post. As I told kim at Daisy Cottage, we all became a little more patriotic that day. Writing the date stops us in our tracks.......
