I find chandeliers at yard sales alot... and it is so fun finding clever ways to repurpose them for the outdoors.

Manuela, Whatever I put in the clay pots, I leave them in the plastic pots they come in from the garden center...When its time for watering I pop them out~ water. Then pop them right back in the clay pots...saves from making a big mess...


It's a wonderful idea. I can envision beautiful trailing vines and lovely blooming flowers.

That's such a cute idea! I have one of those chandeliers, I've never even used it. Doesn't the water drip out when you water the plant or are you suppose to make it sit really tight on the edge of the candle holder?
